Calculators reorganized: new Real Estate Investing and Paycheck & Take-Home Pay categories
All 66 calculators at the time moved from seven categories to nine; see the calculators index for the current count. Real estate deal analysis gets its own Real Estate Investing hub covering rental ROI, BRRRR, DSCR, cap rate, fix and flip, and the Airbnb tools, and the 10 state paycheck calculators get a Paycheck & Take-Home Pay hub. No calculator URL changed.
The calculator categories were redesigned so each audience has one clean hub. The eleven real estate deal analysis tools, previously split between Investing and Home & Mortgage, now live together under Real Estate Investing, with a dedicated short-term rental group for the Airbnb calculators. The ten state paycheck calculators moved from Income & Taxes into their own Paycheck & Take-Home Pay category, leaving a focused Taxes category for the federal income tax and capital gains tools.
Alongside the two new hubs, some categories were renamed for clarity (Mortgage & Home, Taxes, Auto & Car Loans), the HELOC calculator moved to Mortgage & Home, and every category hub gained an intro plus an “Also useful here” section listing related tools whose primary home is another category. Playbook categories were renamed to match the calculator categories exactly. No calculator or playbook URL changed, so existing links and bookmarks keep working.
