Corrections policy
We aim to be correct, and when we are not, we want to fix it quickly and in the open. If you spot an error in a calculator, a figure, or an explanation, please tell us.
How to report an error
Use our contact page. It helps to include the page, the number or statement you think is wrong, and what you believe the correct value is, with a source if you have one.
How fast we act
We review every report. A clear factual or math error is treated as urgent and corrected as soon as we can confirm it. For anything that needs research, we follow up so you know where it stands.
How corrections are logged
Substantive corrections are recorded in our public changelog, so a fix is visible rather than quietly swapped in. Calculator and playbook pages also show a last-reviewed date.
