Six more calculators: DTI, house hacking, net worth percentile, BRRRR, cap rate, borrowing power
Added six calculators across the affordability, investing, and retirement clusters: debt-to-income, house hacking, net worth by age percentile, BRRRR, cap rate, and how much you can borrow.
We added six calculators. The debt-to-income calculator shows your front-end and back-end ratios against the 28/36 rule, house hacking estimates how rental income offsets your payment, and the net worth percentile tool ranks your net worth against US households using Federal Reserve Survey of Consumer Finances data. On the investing side, BRRRR models a buy-rehab-rent-refinance deal end to end, and cap rate turns net operating income and value into a yield.
The how much can I borrow calculator estimates your lender maximum from income, debts, and down payment, and shows whether your income or your debts set the limit. It is the borrowing-power companion to the home affordability calculator rather than a duplicate. Each tool carries cited assumptions and tested math.
