Launched an Airbnb charge-rate calculator that builds a recommended nightly rate from your costs, target booked nights, and comparable market rates, with weekend, peak, weekly, and monthly variations, as the companion tool to the pricing playbook.
The charge-rate calculator is the companion to the pricing playbook. It builds a recommended base nightly rate from your monthly costs, the nights you expect to book, and a comparable market rate, then adds weekend and peak-season rates and weekly and monthly discounts, plus the revenue those numbers imply.
It links back to the pricing playbook so you can move from the playbook’s method to a concrete rate for your own listing.
